Our Management’s Profile

Ramesh Bhatia

He has been in the UAE for last 37 years. He started his career in an American company based in Sharjah as the Manager, Finance & Administration. He has also had the experience of working for Arab Dutch Conglomerate in Dubai in a dual role of Commercial Manager & Finance Manager.

He started professional practice in Sharjah in October, 1985 and is now the owner  of CAA.  Ramesh Bhatia is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.  Since 1983, his national sponsor is Haji Abdul Rahman Abdulla Ahmed Al Hajiri. In 1990 the audit profession was regulated by Federal Law No. (9) Of 1995 under UAE Ministry of Economy. Ramesh Bhatia is a recognized auditor in the-  UAE.

Mukesh Chetwani (Associate Partner)

Mr. Mukesh is a chartered accountant since 1991 and is associated with Coast Accounting & Auditing in the UAE for last 6 years. With a total experience of 22 years in the fields of Auditing, Accounting and Management Consulting, he has handled several responsibilities extensively, in various sectors, and more than 200 prestigious clients in the UAE.

In his career span over 25 years he has worked with both national and international companies and has acquired experience of working with manufacturing, construction, financial services, and IT & Software Industry.

Umesh Khatri (Audit Manager)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant from Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants

Mr. Umesh, a chartered accountant since 2015 specializes in the field of auditing, accounts, taxation and has expert knowledge of IFRS, VAT and Excise in UAE. An effective team player with  diversified experience cut  across Industries, his exposure includes efficient completion of audit engagements, understanding the business, risk assessment, audit scoping, identifying and understanding significant processes, devising audit approach, controls testing and substantive testing.

Umesh a economic specialist, analyses commercial accounts with precision and scrupulousness; He is responsible for the devising of audit strategy and business plans, setting budgets and, selecting staff and assigning workloads.

Bhavana (Senior Auditor)

Qualification: Master in Commerce & TAX ,Pursuing CPA

Expertise: She has 11 years of rich experience in statutory audit, review of financial documents, presentation of financial statements, valuation and financial restructuring, Liquidation process, UAE VAT law, ERP implementation, accounting software solutions, accounting system, controlling staff and subordinating, coordinating with partners, accounting, and payroll accounting.

Surya Arun (VAT & ESR Consultant)

Qualification: Master of Business Administration in Finance & TAX ,Pursuing CPA

She has 8 years of rich experience in statutory audit and Liquidation procedures. Handling UAE VAT law and compliance of the VAT regulations. Researching, analyzing and interpreting changing tax legislation in both inside UAE and in GCC. Working with tax laws in UAE and update the changes to the management also handing the ESR related queries.

Bhavani (HR Executive)

Qualification: Graduate in commerce (perusing M.com)

Expertise: Having 6 years of experience in maintaining employee records, updating HR database, (e.g. new hires, separations, Vacations, and sick leaves) assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like attendance, bonus, preparing leaves and  paperwork for HR policies and procedures to manage all departments,preparing reports and presentations for internal communications also supporting in audit preparations.
